Hadrian. Sestertius. 124-127 AD. Rome. 26.50 g, 33mm (Ric-II 3 735). (Bmcre-1313). Anv.: HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, laureate head to right, slight drapery on far shoulder. Rev.: COS III, Emperor on horseback to left, raising hand and holding spear; S-C across fields, EXPED AVG in exergue. Green patina with variation in the tones. Excellent specimen. Rare.
