A silver ring with oval hoop, expanding towards the conical shoulders, circular- encased carnelian stone ,engraved with moon and star. Cf. Ruseva-Slokoska, L., Roman Jewellery, Sofia, 1991. 6.09 grams, 23 mm overall, 18.57 mm internal diameter. German art market before 2000s. Currently property of a Surrey gentleman.
